A cool chemistry tool that shows all chemical elements in two interfaces - a touch-scroll list in the portrait view, and a mini touchable periodic table in the landscape view. In the touch-scroll element list, general features of the elements are given in a slide-in/out card, some with photos. You can also search elements by its symbol name.
In the landscape view, a flip periodic table allows users to select their interested element more easily and directly. Tap on an element to show its features in a pop-up box, tap on the “Transition metals” area, the table will flip and show all transition metals. “Wiki it” links allow users to dig out more information from wikipedia at the same time. |
